MTR Home Designs is based in Addison, Texas, at Studio Works, a shared creative space designed for collaboration. Studio visits are by appointment only.
It depends on our current project schedule and your timeline. Availability varies, so the best way to find out is to reach out and start a conversation.
Every project is different, but most full-service projects take three to six months from design through installation. Furniture alone can take eight to twelve weeks to arrive, which we factor into the plan from the very beginning.
Our design fees are flat fees based on the scope of work, which is created after the in-home visit. The fee is determined by the number of rooms, square footage, and level of complexity. We walk through everything together before anything begins so you always know exactly what you are committing to.
Yes. Most clients come to us without a set budget, and that is completely fine. We work through a collaborative budget exercise together so you have a clear picture of what things cost and what to expect before any decisions are made.
You are welcome to work with your own contractors. We do require open access and communication with whoever is involved, as we serve as the project manager and coordinate every moving part on your behalf.
We do not have one. We design for your lifestyle, not ours. Every project is intentional and entirely personal to the people who live there.
